NJDOC Central Office Hosts
Performance Improvement Fair

The 2009 Performance Improvement Fair, presented by the New Jersey Department of Corrections (NJDOC) and University Correctional HealthCare (UCHC), was held October 27 in the Harris Auditorium, located on the grounds of the NJDOC’s Central Office headquarters.

The fair serves as a forum for employees to present their work, exchange ideas and learn what efforts are taking place at other facilities. It also enables staff members to display their most impressive accomplishments on posters, accompanied by written descriptions of their projects. The top projects are recognized with awards.
