Field House is designated for male residents. This program provides group/individual treatment counseling and employment assistance, culminating in work release in addition to facilitating a family-like environment. Two hours per week community service is mandatory. Family and community reintegration activities are stressed. The goal of this program is to prepare residents to return to their communities equipped with the skills and experience necessary to secure and maintain gainful employment, strengthen family relationships and establish ongoing, healthy, support networks.
